Gordon Experience User Responsibility
While Gordon Food Service continues to evaluate and implement the latest improvements in Internet security technology, users of Gordon Experience also have responsibility for the security of their information and should always follow the recommendations listed below:
Do not share your password. GFS password standards are that they must contain both upper and lowercase letters, have digits and special characters (e.g. !@#$%), and are at least 8 characters long. Set a reminder in your calendar to ensure that passwords get changed often. Change your password after your first login.
Click log off when you are finished using the system. Once a session has ended no further transactions can be processed until you log on to the system again.
Use the latest versions of Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari or Microsoft Internet Explorer and supported operating systems. Install all updates.
Use virus protection software to routinely check for a virus on your computer. This creates a safe environment for both businesses.
Security Statement:
Gordon Food Service makes it a priority to take our users' security and privacy concerns seriously and we strive to ensure that user data is kept securely. Gordon Food Service uses some of the most advanced technology for Internet security that is commercially available today. This Security Statement is aimed at being transparent about our security infrastructure and practices, to help reassure you that your data is appropriately protected.
