Fine Dining Recipes

The Fine Dining Recipe Collection is intended to provide inspiration for Independent Living and upscale Assisted Living communities that are seeking chef-inspired recipes. Hundreds of recipes are included in this collection, for breakfast, lunch and dinner meals.

In addition, recipes include coding for Mechanical Soft and Low/Fat Low Cholesterol diets for those seeking consistency modified and therapeutic recipes.
