Food Safety for the Concession Stands
Purpose: To provide training for temporary food service workers with basic food handling, handwashing, and cleaning and sanitizing methods to prevent the spread of foodborne illness.
Objectives: By the end of this training module, participants should be able to:
List proper temperatures and techniques for thawing, cooking, cooling, and reheating foods.
Identify and demonstrate proper hand washing procedures.
Identify proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
