Convenience/Temporary Menu

This short, 2 week, menu is intended for temporary use during crisis situations. It features mainly convenience items in order to account for staffing challenges and supply chain disruptions. The My Plate Meal Pattern guidelines are followed to comply with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) regulation F-Tag 803: Menus must: Meet the nutritional needs of residents in accordance with established national guidelines. Diets available include Regular, Pureed and Mechanical Soft.
